Refund policy

Returns
we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you receive, please ship them back to us within 30 days of receipt. A minimum of  20% restock fee may apply. Also, must call for a return authorization number.
Special order items are not returnable unless defective.
Return shipping is your responsibility.
Your purchase must be returned in new condition with the original packaging including manuals and parts.
Any product that is returned without a promotional item which was included in the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the amount refunded.
Nour Dental Supply, LLC. reserves the right to deny any return.
YOU WILL NEED TO CALL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FOR ALL RETURNS.
Defective Items
If your shipment arrives in non-working condition or fails within 30 days of receipt, please contact us immediately.
If your item fails after 30 days and is within the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer.

If you place an order and make a payment and later decided to cancel the order for any reason a credit card transaction fee of 3% may apply.

No charges apply if Nour Dental Supply Can not fulfill the order.
